Why is your skin sub-healthy?

Rough, dry, dim, smallpox growing of adults, 70% of the people have subhealthy skin.
Recently a survey conducted by World Health Organization showed that in the yellow people, less than 10% of whose skin is at the healthy state. And those in the morbid state surpass 20%, while those between the health and the morbid state who are the subhealthy ones reaches as high as 70%.

No sheding skin,  no having the ringworm, why skin become subhealthy?

WHO experts explained that according to the medical vision, the healthy skin should have the following characteristic: Smooth tender, moist and glossy whitout  any  flaw, and full of resilience. But many factors in living conditions will weaken skin organization function. Because of cell metabolism, micro cycle  barrier, the skin become roughly, dry, dim, lacking of gloss, growing color spot, wrinkle, pigment deposition. This is the skin called subhealthy. Adult persons  getting  the whelk, the red capillary and so on is also the state of subhealthy which is caused by skin interior being out of balance.

"But not to be intimidated by the figures," skin experts Lu Hui think that if we can pay  more attention to the skin, the subhealthy skin can almostly be restrained well.

Condition from the outside should firstly be thinked much of by skin subhealthy people. A, C, E, B6 have antioxidant effect, and can strengthen internal skin defense system to deal with pigment deposition and undermine free  radicals’s activity, and promote blood circulation. Therefore, the skin subhealthy people should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, or drink some supplements adequately. American North Carolina medical experts found that the tea polyphenol contained in the gree tea can increase the activity of epidermal cells in the human body. So, women who like beauty do not forget to drink a cup of fragrance green tea every day.

In addition to that, the experimental results from Japanese experts show that saying something  praise to yourself  every day , and keeping  a cheerful mood are also very important to skin health.

Subhealthy  skin people should also pay  attention to external maintenance. Even when exhausted in the evening, the skin must be thoroughly cleaned, weekly to a horny. After cleaning face ,you should gently stroking the skin with cold water, to  promote blood circulation. In addition, when choosing products of cleaning  face ,you should choose the type of weak acid, without spices ,which can keep moisture.

In general, if E and C can be used together, the two will be complement for each other and enhance the effect. E is fat-soluble, If the amount of long-term use over security, it will lead to negative effects, such as phlebitis and pulmonary embolism and high blood fat, so it must be carefully taked. 

C:
While the whitening effect of C is mainly based on anti-inflammatory effect, as it can prevent sunburn and avoid excessive anti-inflammatory effect, and as it can prevent sunburn and avoid the after-effects of excessive sunshine. Because C involved the synthesis of protein and mucopolysaccharide , it can also promote wound healing. If  you lack of it ,it will affect the function of connective tissue, to vulnerable to be invaded by free radicals (Free radical) and cause degeneration . While C is the  important antioxidants to fix the damage. Therefore, it is recently applied to a wide range of anti-aging and sun damage repairing.

Summarize:
Three kinds of vitamins have the similar functions, and they play a role of complementarity. Because these vitamins were all good antioxidants, and they can remove the harmful free  radicals formed by inappropriate acne. So in nature they can keep you healthy and white skin.
