     For women ,regardless of race, body type, geographic location or social status, the most common occurrence is breast cancer which is really a universal threat. And the breast cancer journey is filled with decisions, doctor visits, tests, treatments, medications, side effects, and stress. It accounts for nearly 1 percent of all deaths in the world in spite of causes whether they be disease, war or car crashes . Each year ,the latest statistics show about half a million people dying from breast cancer.
      What is breast cancer? It is the growth of abnormal cell structures with breast.First, the tumor will spread to surrounding tissue. In cases where death occurs, it is usually dependent on the late discovery of the cancer in which the cancerous cells have already spread throughout the body.

1. Buy a journal to organize your thoughts, take notes, and document your experience. Don't worry about the entries being sparse; even a few notes can help you remember important emotions or milestones. Keeping a journal can be a great defense against feeling overwhelmed or afraid.
2. Keep track of all your appointments with your doctor, medicine doses, work schedule, Â treatment dates, and social activities. You may want to describe how you feel every day.All information will help you find ways to make youself more comfortable.

3. Request copies of all your cancer treatment records and set up a personal medical file. Your file may include lab tests, pathology reports, x-ray results, prescription regimen, and follow-up care instructions. Because it's easy to forget when you were treated, who treated you, and what kind of drugs you were given if over time .
4. Use a directory to organize information such as physician names, office addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses for people you need to call in an emergency.
    During your cancer experience will help to stay calm and be in control and will give you the order needed to focus your energy on becoming well.Keep confident .
